About
Starting my career working with mental health patients and transitioning to case management, I wasn't sure where my true passion lied. After teaching some training classes, I found my passion in training. I've always loved helping people and designing engaging and fun training was a way to do just that. That's when I decided to pursue a masters in instructional design. My bachelors in psychology combined with what I learned during my masters program has helped me in my efforts to design creative and engaging training that help staff learn and retain the information what they need to be successful.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my rescue dog, as well as returning to a childhood passion of mine, gymnastics. Returning to gymnastics has been such a joy. I get to help others learn (learning is really in all parts of my life!) while also learning new skills myself. Competing again has been so fun and has helped other younger gymnasts see that you don't have to let your passions go because of your age.
